Blast n peen has been in existence for over 20 years, specializing in abrasive blasting.

 

We have the advantage of having three media types all on the same premises which caters for almost all blasting requirements, whether it be garnet for aggressive removal of paint and rust, plastic which is tailored for use on vehicle panels which require effective paint removal or glass bead which is required for a superior finish on alloy and stainless steel.

 

 

 

HOW WE DO IT.​

We  have a hand cabinet for more intricate jobs that required a smaller blast radius with a finer finish.

 

Our blast rooms cater for vehicles, or large objects  up to 6m long, 2.2 m wide and 2.5m high.

 

Our recycling abilities enable us to use the correct grain of media for your particular requirements, either leaving a course finish for adhering a polyeurathaine product, or a finer finish which is required for painting . Let us know which you require so that we can satisfy your needs.

Although we do not offer powder coating, our finish will allow us to refer you to several proficient powder coaters locally who can assist. Additionally we also have electroplaters who can assist with all your plating needs.

 

Our recycling system also means less waste which is good for any industry.

Our ability to Clean the surfaces of very small items, including Stainless Steel medical equipment and measuring equipment using our Blast cabinet gives us an advantage. And if it is printing rollers, intricate dies for a cnc or just an alloy carburetta, we have a specialist Hydroblast partner who uses glass bead and high pressure water  for a superior clean and finish.
